Hi, we’re so glad you stopped by. We are Burnell and Lacretia Oberholtzer, owners of Green Acres Sew & Vac. We have 5 children, four boys and 1 girl. Our boys love to build things and tinker with anything mechanical, which is part of why we thought a sewing machine shop would be a good fit for our family.
Burnell has worked in a variety of different fields—custom farming, building furniture, and running small businesses. His goal is to continue to grow Green Acres to better accommodate the needs of sewing artists. Lacretia loves quilting and sewing clothes. She enjoys teaching some of the classes offered at Green Acres.
We enjoy interacting with all the different folks that come into our shop. It’s always rewarding to give our customers a great day, by making something work that didn’t before or by helping them find exactly what they need.
